ordering, it has become easy to shop for the lowest fees. However, is it
worth saving your client a few dollars and loosing your full commission
when the appraisal has not arrived, three weeks later. During the recent
hot market, when it was taking weeks to get an inspection date and maybe
up to five weeks to receive the completed appraisal. We at Bulldog
Appraisal are proud to say that we never delivered an appraisal later
than five days from the date of inspection. Consider carefully the

Rush appraisals are from the date of inspection. In order to avoid delays,
fees must be paid by credit card or cash at the time of the inspection.
